1. Do I have to pay in EUR?
    At the moment, our online system does not allow us to process payments in any other currency than EUR, as we operate in multiple countries in EU. Rest assured that payment is always calculated with up-to-date exchange rates. You will also see EUR summary on the checkout page.

  2. Can I buy in bulk or buy without VAT?
    If you wish to buy in bigger quantities (50+ pieces at a time), please get in touch via email. We can explore the mutual cooperation.
    If you are a VAT registered business and would like to buy from us without VAT, please note that our online store is a platform for our final consumers.

  3. How to keep these fruits crispy even after opening?
    These snacks are very sensitive to moisture and humidity. After opening, we strongly recommend to put fruits into air-tight container to preserve the freshness and crunchiness (if you are not planning to use it all). If you leave the bag open just for an hour, the fruit can absorb the moisture from the air and will loose the crunchiness. It's still completely safe to eat but it will not be as crunchy.

  4. What about the benefits of these snacks?
    First of all, you are eating pure fruits. Vitamins, minerals, antioxidants are almost the same like in the fresh fruit. Secondly, you can take it with you anywhere and don't have to worry about any spoilage. Thirdly, its super light. Remember that 100g of our fruits is equal at average of 9-12kg of fresh fruits! And thats a lot of fruit! Without getting your hands dirty, without having to clean and peel the fruit you can enjoy all of its taste anytime, anywhere.

  5. Where does the fruit come from?
    Our fruit comes from all 4 corners of the world. Depends on the type of fruit and seasonal availability. Feel free to read the product description for each fruit to learn more. But in general, our strawberries are from North Africa. Mango and Pineapple are from Southern America. Dragon fruit is sourced in China. Check out each product page to learn more about each fruit.

  6. How long does it take for my order to arrive?
    Order are processed every working day within 24 hours of completed payment. We will prepare, handle, nicely pack your order and hand over to the courier. Shipping time depends on your country, but normally is between 5-7 days. You will be provided a tracking number to track your parcel.

  7. Can I change my mind after the purchase?
    No risk involved. If you have changed your mind or you made your purchase by mistake, you can return products to us within 4 weeks. We only ask you to cover the return shipping cost.

  8. Do you have a loyalty card?
    We keep it simple. The more fruits you eat, the better prices you get. We have several pricing and discount levels and more you enjoy eating our snacks, more we enjoy giving you a special treatment.
