Wild bluebrries are smaller in size but more potent in their nutritional values than cultivated variety. These will make your tongue blue, due to the presence of anthocyanins. Gently dehydrated under vacuum to preserve the nutritional content while retaining all of its flavour, colour and taste. We never add any sugar, flavours or additives to our fruit.
